I’m Kerry Dowd,

I use a blend of therapeutic methods tailored to meet your unique needs, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Polyvagal Theory, Mindfulness, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Psychodynamic Theory.
